Legal Aid NSW (Bankstown Office)

Legal Aid NSW (Bankstown Office) provides services, which include:

    • Free legal advice to people about a range of legal problems, including; Family problems: what to do when relationship ends; family violence; where children live and who makes decisions about them; divorce and property disputes; Everyday problems: fines, bills and debts; Centrelink problems; rights at work; problems with housing; Problems with police and going to court.
    • Legal representation for eligible clients, provided through case grants.
    • Free legal information to help people resolve their legal problems.
