A free and voluntary information and referral service for children, young people and families who need support. Connecting families to services in their area and remaining in contact with families until they’re connected. Offering practical support, information and advice. Builds on the family strengths and identifies their existing resources and support networks to make positive change.

In 2016 the former City of Canterbury Council and former Bankstown City Council amalgamated to form the City of Canterbury Bankstown. The new Local Government Area (LGA) is made up of five Council Wards.
