SWSLC provides a range of legal services and domestic violence support & advocacy services with a focus on disadvantaged and marginalised people and communities and women experiencing or at risk of domestic/family violence.
SWSLC offers legal services in most areas of the law. Services include free telephone legal advice as well as legal assistance and representation for no fee or a reduced fee. SWSLC also offers free tailor-made legal workshops for service providers, groups and the public.

Languages other than English Available: Clients may call Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 first. TIS will call us whilst clients wait on the phone and then translate for the client.
Referral Pathway: Self-referral or warm referral from another service or organisation. Referrals can be made via phone or email. Community workers are encouraged to use our online direct referral facility found on the website at www.swslc.org.au/online-referral
