Eligibility Criteria: Various, best to contact organisation to confirm. For aged care package, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) clients need to be over 65 years old and assessed by My Aged Care. For Community Builders clients, people need to reside in Canterbury Bankstown.
Any Applicable fees: Fees apply for home care packages and the CHSP.
