Wirringa Baiya Aboriginal Women’s Legal Centre is a state wide service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, children and youth. The centre provides information and advice both legal and non-legal, referral, limited case work, and community legal education. Areas of work include Domestic Violence and AVOs, Family Law, Care and Protection, Child and Adult Sexual Assault, and assistance with Victims Support Claims. The centre does not deal with criminal law matters.
